The Value of Time
There was a rich man who was always busy. He worked day and night, thinking that money and success were the most important things in life.
One day, his 7-year-old daughter came to him and asked, "Daddy, how much do you earn in one hour?"
The man was annoyed but answered, "I earn $50 an hour."
The little girl ran to her room and came back with a small piggy bank. She poured out all her savings and said, "Daddy, here is $50. Can you please give me one hour of your time? I just want to eat dinner with you."
The man was shocked and speechless. He realized that he had been giving everything to his work, but nothing to the people who truly loved him.
Moral:
