This is a real life story.
I made a decision that changed my life forever… and if I’m being honest, it’s the one thing I wish I could go back and undo.
This is not easy for me to say, because it involves people I love deeply—my family—and a choice I made that went completely against them.
There was a time I believed I knew exactly what I was doing. I believed my heart was leading me in the right direction. I believed love was enough to build a future.
But I was wrong.
I ignored voices that genuinely cared about me. I shut my ears to advice that could have saved me from a lot of pain.
At that time, it felt like I was choosing happiness.
Now I realize… I was choosing a lesson I wasn’t ready for.
