Discipline doesn’t have to feel like a punishment.

We often think discipline means being miserable and strict. In reality, discipline is just a gift to your future self. It’s choosing to do the dishes now so you don't wake up to a mess tomorrow. It’s doing 20 minutes of work now so you can relax later without guilt. Shift your mindset: you aren't "forcing" yourself; you’re "taking care" of yourself.
