The importance of ĺýiñg in court. When you lìè in court, the bùŕden of proof automatically shifts back to the people making the àĺlègation. It then becomes their responsibility to prove the çàse against you beyond reasonable doubt.
Even if you were caught red-handed with overwhelming evidence, I will still advise you to still lìè. You might still be freed on technical grounds.
When you lìè in court, it doesn’t mean you didn’t do it, it simply means you are telling the other party to prove that you did it. And trust me, proving it is often very hard.
If they try to prove it, you can always counter their evidence and it becomes interesting.
Lìè and be consistent with it, always remember the first lìè you told and stick to it.
Keep ĺýing and maintain the lìè till judgement.
Don't let anyone ìñtimìdàte you with evidence, evidence alone can't guarantee çòñviction, Evidence can be set aside and even rejected on some grounds.
