Official Policy for Google Play Store Compliance: Covers Data Safety, User Generated Content, and Child Safety Standards.

Twinkle Tok is a social networking and live streaming platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe environment for all users.

1. Data Collection (Login & Identity)

To provide secure access to our social features and rewards wallet, we collect:

Account Authentication: Your Username, Password, and Email Address. This data is used to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized access.

Device Data: We may collect IP addresses and device identifiers for security and fraud prevention.

2. Financial & Wallet Information

Since Twinkle Tok allows users to fund a digital wallet for in-app rewards:

Purchase History: We store records of recharges and point distributions.

Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled via secure third-party billing (Google Play Billing). We do not store raw credit card numbers.

3. Media, Camera, & Microphone

To enable live streaming and video calls, the app requires real-time access to your Camera and Microphone. This media is processed ephemerally to facilitate the interaction and is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols.

4. Child Safety Standards (CSAE/CSAM)

Twinkle Tok has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Age Requirement: Our app is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (COPPA) or minors under 18.

CSAM Prohibition: The creation, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly forbidden. Any such content will be removed immediately.

Reporting to Authorities: We comply with federal law by reporting confirmed cases of CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.

Safety Point of Contact: Our dedicated safety officer monitors the platform for violations.

5. User Generated Content (UGC) Safety

Because users can interact live, we provide the following mandatory safety tools:

Reporting: A "Report" button is available on every profile and live stream.

Blocking: Users can instantly block any other user to prevent further contact.

Moderation: We use automated filters and human review to remove inappropriate content.

6. Account & Data Deletion Request

You have the full right to delete your account and all associated personal and financial data.

How to Delete:

In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete My Account.

Web/Manual: Send an email to Cjaytwinkletechnolgy@gmail.com with your username and the request "Delete My Data."

Scope: Upon request, we will permanently wipe your Email, Username, Password, Wallet History, and Profile within 48 hours.
