‎
‎First I'm confused,
‎I feel like what I asked for, You refused.
‎I wait for answers to prayers and because they don't come the way I expect,
‎I begin to grumble, to talk to You with no respect.
‎But then I sit and count my blessings, one, two, three, four and five,
‎I find out all the miracles, the wonders, all You did to make me survive.
‎
‎I switch from complaint, to gratitude,
‎It all makes sense now, all my unexplainable attitude,
‎All the weird feeling and people leaving,
‎It was You clearing out bad things even when I wasn't believing.
‎I sit, staring at the sky and begin to laugh, knowing I was a great fool,
‎A little patience and I'd have seen how intentional You are for me and so I become grateful.
